A Healthy me starts now!
I never really had a problem with my weight. Not until I hit my late 20's. I like most women have always thought that I was fat. People would tell me that I wasn't but I didn't believe them until later when I would look back on photos of myself when I thought that mentally thought I was the size I am not.
No I don't consider myself disgustingly overweight. By regular standards I’m average size a 14. But I know it's not the size my body is suppose to be. My life has become was very hectic. Because of that my health was put on the back burner.
I try to eat somewhat healthy. But I don't follow any particular diet. I find that they aren’t good for the long run, it’s a short fix. Personally slowly incorporating healthy eating into my regular eating would be more beneficial. So I think that the first thing I’m going to do is to start slowly integrate drinking more water and tea for the first month along with starting to run again. I was using the app. Couch to 5k. This is a really great way to help you with getting back into running. It starts with running and walking in lower increment minutes. Each week the minutes for walking gets smaller and the time for running gets larger. It does cost $0.99. But what's a dollar when it comes to getting healthy.
